Connected Charger Access Control?

Since this new EA update I'm having difficulty with my Ford Connected Charger. I have Access Control OFF. I can not plug in my MME and just charge. I have to turn ON Access control , leaving auto unlock ON, then UNLOCK the station on the main FCC screen.

Am I doing something wrong or not understanding how this thing works now? TIA
