Cracked glass roof

I had a minor mishap with my antenna and my garage door that resulted in cracked roof. I dropped the car off at a certified body shop on sept 18th . They initially said two weeks total as they have all parts...4 weeks later, no they say that the roof is back ordered until 10/31 or later. Is anyone else having an issue with replacement body parts??
