SUBJECT: Customer Satisfaction Program 25B35 Certain 2025 Model Year Mach-E Vehicles Wire Harness Contact Inspection
PROGRAM TERMS This program will be in effect through July 31, 2026. There is no mileage limit for this program.
AFFECTED VEHICLES Vehicle Model Year Assembly Plant Mach-E 2025 Cuautitlan
Build Date Range January 6, 2025 through April 25, 2025
U.S. population of affected vehicles: 11,623.
Affected vehicles are identified in OASIS and FSA VIN Lists.
REASON FOR THIS PROGRAM On some of the affected vehicles, a wiring harness may make contact with the radiator outlet overflow line clamp, potentially causing wear and damage to the wiring harness over time. This may result in a partial reduction in vehicle power, a loss of all wheel drive (AWD) function, and/or loss of high voltage charging capability. Affected vehicles may display a wrench light, turtle icon, limited power performance lights/messages, “Service Vehicle Soon” message, “AWD System Failure” message, and/or “Service Charging System Soon” message in the instrument panel cluster. SERVICE ACTION Dealers are to inspect the wiring harness behind the frunk for possible contact with the radiator outlet overflow cooling line clamp. If the harness is found to be too close or is touching the overflow cooling line clamp, a retaining clip is to be installed to reposition the wiring harness. This service must be performed on all affected vehicles at no charge to the vehicle owner.
