I have an update on my Shadow Black GT delivery (ordered 5/23/21). My original expected delivery was 11/8-14. I received an email last night from Sheehy Ford of Springfield, VA that the car has arrived. I am planning on using X-Plan, Ford Options (likely 48 months), and the $1,000 incentive, and possibly a trade-in (2018 Honda Clarity PHEV). GM reached out to me this morning for my x-plan PIN and seems to understand the Ford Options program - fingers crossed that there aren't the challenges others have experienced with dealers that were ignorant of Ford Options and incentives. I'm on vaca right now, so won't be taking delivery until this weekend or early next week. I'll keep you posted on progress! So far so good.

Thanks for building brand trust and loyalty by honoring the arbitrary reservation system! Don't worry, I totally don't think anyone should be fired for botching the reservations and communication this badly at all.

I'm sorry, Dave, about the challenges you're running into. It looks like your PE was builtat the factory about a month ahead of my car and it at least landed in KC, if not on-route to your dealer. Can your dealer track the transport from KC by your VIN?

My dealer knows a little, but only gives information once a week. This past Monday he said the car was recorded in Edgemoor, DE. So it SHOULD be soon, but who knows =)

At least your dealer got you that mine tell me the guess date nothing more. Yea wow order late got early. Hey math and numbers is really hard for whoever is in charge of scheduling.

I bought my GT two days ago using Options at 1.4% and $2500 rebate in So Cal. The offer is good through Nov 1, but it looks like consensus is that it will be extended yet again.

Hopefully your dealer is a California Clean Fuel Reward participant. That will give you another $1500 off the top. That reward is lowering to $750 on Nov 1, so get the deal done in the next 9 days.

Quoted back in Feb when first ordered and APR was 2.25%. Asked for updated quote today confirming my pricing and it is showing 3.25%. Am taking this back to the dealer here in So Cal but am looking for confirmation of Ford Options APR being offered.

1.4% is the best rate offered for a GT or GTPE Options loan. I believe that 2.25% is still the best rate offered for Options on other models of 2021 Mustang Mach-E.

Your salesperson might be doing this estimate using numbers for other than a Tier 0/1 customer? Or they are adding to the interest rate for additional profit. Either way is possible.

Thanks for the info. Was hoping that 1.4% might be available for all models but definitely don't want to pay above 2.25%. Credit is 820+ so can't imagine we fall outside of Tier 0/1. Dealer has been pretty easy and helpful so far but this was a little concerning. Hoping it was just a typo.
