Current update March 22

So my car did an update March 22, the next morning it wasn’t detecting the driver door being shut. After fighting with the car because “the driver door was not shut” and wouldn’t drive. The door locked me out and will not open. As I tried again later on in the day it had all these failed messages appeared and everything on all screens are glitching and freaking out/not driving. What do I do? Who do I call? And I suppose to have it towed to the dealership?

The update may have partially drained your 12V battery. See if you can open the frunk using your phone. If not, then look in the owners manual for how to open the frunk when the battery is dead. Once you get it open, charge your 12V battery.

If you don't have what's needed to do the above, you could call a tow truck to (hopefully) do it for you. Ideally you'll not need the car actually towed.

Or if you are near your charger location, I would plug it in and see if the car would charge the LVB from the HVB.
