Dashboard changed display...ONCE...then reverted

1 year and 10K miles into MME driving.
24 Premium, AWD.

Last week...for the first time ever...
I briefly enjoyed a display with the speed value centered.

Next time...it went back to what Ai usually see...speed on the right.

No user inputs that I know of made this happened.

Anybody know what the what?

Man..I really liked the centered speed.
Maybe just the novelty of a new user interface?

I love this car. But it's annoyances are aggravating

Not that I’m aware of. All I do is turn off lane centering from the steering wheel button. It either that’s on and it shows the lane info, or off and it shows the speedo

Oh, maybe mine works that way because I turned off the distance indicator a long time ago.

Look for “distance indication” in advance driving features.

it’s a completely useless feature that disables the nice dash screen.

Lane keeping, distance following indicator, and adaptive cruise control all need to be off in order to have a centered speed display.
