Deep Sleep

Hi
So I went away with my Motorhome and since the Mach E can’t be flat towed. It is home with 70% charge.
I am heading home tomorrow but I thought I would check the app.
The app says the car is in a deep sleep and can’t be connected to. It will need to be manually started.
Do I need to worry, or is this just a case of I need the key fob to get in and start/wake up the car.

Normal for it to go into deep sleep mode if it's been sitting for a week or two, or if the 12V battery gets too low.

Yes you might have to use the fob to unlock and start it.

Do you expect that the door key code will not work?

I left mine for 11 days in the airport parking and had no problem unlocking and starting with the phone. The fob was hidden inside.

Yes, it just might take some extra steps to wake up like pressing the door button several times first before the keypad works.
