My FE was supposed to be built next week, specifically on December 16. I just learned they are running a week behind. Anyone else get the word on this?

It seems very hit or miss. Some people have had their build weeks pushed back but others haven't.

So, did your build week change on My Ford? How did you find out yours is delayed?

A week at this point seems about right. My MME was scheduled to be built the week of November 29. I would have expected it to be built by now but it's still "in production". So the build has slipped into this week which means some scheduled for this week will fall into next week.

Could be further delays. it's a difficult time with no end of issues. IOW there is light at the end of the tunnel but we're still in the tunnel.

My build week is also Nov 29 but it’s not in production yet when I checked on ford tracker

Yep. That's what mine looks like.
Mine had a build "day" of 12/7. It started on the line on 12/4 (but 12/5 & 6 were the weekend). The status never changed. I spoke to the dealer yesterday and he says they didn't update the production day (it still shows 12/7) but the car's status shows it "in body shop" (I think that's the area off to the side of the assembly line where they send cars for inspection and/or touch-up). But it's been there ever since. My guess it it may flip get a built status today but I honestly don't know. All we know is the dealer says it shows it went to body shop on 12/9.

The major statuses flow like this: Assigned to Build Week > Assigned to Build Day > Sent to Plant > Body Shop > Trim Line > Produced

If your vehicle is in body shop status I think that means they are assembling the body shell and painting it.

I never got a "build day". Did that come from the dealer? My build week was 11/29. No updates since I was told that.

Your dealer can access the ‘vehicle visibility’ page and see what status your order is in and the scheduled build day/week.

Mine was originally scheduled for production on "Week of 11/20". According to www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker it's been complete since 12/5, but my ford.com and shop.ford.com pages are both stuck at "scheduled for production". ?‍♂

This is not an official Ford stance, but the forum consensus is that even if the cars are finished and on the lot the status isn't going to flip to "built" until OKTB is reached.
