Departure time/ max charge level location settings bug

Hi Everyone,

Recently got my new MME, but I’m having issues with departure time and charging level/location saving.

If I turn off departure times, I go back later and it’s switched back on again.

same thing if I change the charge level from 80% to 90%, it says it saves but I go back later or plug in the car and it reverts to 80% again in the app and in the car.

I’ve tried changing it in the car and in the app and they both seem to have the same problem. Maybe after 5 times

Anybody else had this issue and know how to solve it?

I have 2023 Premium AWD Standard range in US and it is doing that too. For now I just deleted all departure times since I rarely use it. I normally just use ford pass for charging/departure times.
Hoping someone has a good fix for this.

I would suggest deleting settings in FordPass. Then reset them in your car only. Wait a day and see if they stick. Then go ahead and see if you can make changes in FP if you want. I only make settings in the car as I have heard too many issues with settings on FP. However many do not have issues. Sometimes I suspect there is an issue between Ford servers and the car.
