I am confused. I need to replace the crappy sensors I bought but all the Ford parts sites now say 433 MHz rather than 315 for the Mach E? Anyone recently bought a set for a Job 2 or MY 22? Were they 315 MHz or 433 MHz. one Ford site says the new model number
  • f2gz-1a189-g
is both frequencies……. Then TPMS.com says 315:MHZ.

I would just call your local dealer's part department. They can check by VIN and make sure they're the correct ones. Then report back and let us know what they say!

Job 2 4X here, built 8/30/21, chip held til 9/27 when finished and shipped out. Ours had the 315mhz sensors because that’s what Tire Rack provided for our wheel/tire combo and they synced up automatically.

Thanks. That's what I have determined too or the newer sensors are dual technology. I ended up buying a Full programmer/Reader and will determine why my cheapo sensors do not work, and it came with 4 programmable sensors. It was $199 with 4 sensors. So, now I am sure to have the correct ones and will be able to resolve all TPMS issues in the future. Thanks for the info!

I went to Ford.com, parts direct and entered my Vins for my Job 1 Select and Job 2 Premium and this is what it gave. The same for both. TPMS35, 315 MHZ. So my cheapo’s should have worked. When I get my tester, I will know more…..

That's the right way to go. I bought an Autel TS508 a few years. Now i Just get universal sensors that are dual-frequency and can be programmed to work with pretty much any car.

You are the reason I did it that way! For the price it makes sense. It was inexpensive compared to Ford OE sensors. Now I just have to wait for the package. I went back to my OEM Premium Wheels and tires until it arrives.

Agreed. I thought I was buying Motorcraft sensors and had no idea until they arrived. All the numbers were right, they just do not work.
