Maybe he gave up on humanity.Wow, fourteen posts and no RTFM from Rick. I hope he's not in the hospital or something! (Though he'll not see this since he blocked me.)
Or the reverse...Maybe he gave up on humanity.
I don't see anything in your snippets that describes short vs long presses or distinguishing between talking to the ford system and talking to carplay/android auto.ASTOUNDING! It's almost as though Ford meant to do this!

We were on a road trip in my husband’s MME. We’d be talking and every time I said ”Okay” the car would ask what we wanted. Didn’t even have to say “Ford.” It was kind of funny. It got turned off pretty quickly ?And if you think that is something that's not commonly known, what I'm going to tell you next is going to literally blow your mind.
I can say the words "ok Ford" followed by my command, and I don't even have to press the talk button.
Or just “Siri” which is how I have it set.And you can always say “Hey Siri” to get straight to Siri with no button presses.
It may be well know as state below...BUT I didn't know! I'm sure to try it as it seems convenient. Thanks!OK; maybe this has been intuitive for Mach-e owners, but I'm wondering if everyone is aware of it.
Simply put: a quick/short push of the talk button will establish vocal communication with the Ford Sync system. So, if you want to turn the vehicle's radio and select a specific station, you can do a quick tap and state something like: "FM89.7." Accessing other Sync function will work similarly.
But a long push will bring up Android Auto or the comparable Apple voice system, so if you use Android Auto for navigation, for example, a long push will allow you to state something like: "Navigate to the closest Home Depot," etc.

Ah yes, did that, too, bloomin’ good if it gave you what you asked for ?And if you think that is something that's not commonly known, what I'm going to tell you next is going to literally blow your mind.
