Hi all, please let me know if there’s an existing forum that addresses this question.

I have a Mach-E that is not BlueCruise capable (only Adaptive Cruise Control).

Besides not having the infrared eye tracker behind the steering wheel, is there anything else that my Mach-E lacks (better cockpit chip, cameras, sensors, etc.)?

Also, I’m just now receiving the BlueCruise 1.3 update (IPMA-24.204.8.27) and am curious about if it’ll even enhance anything since I don’t have BC.

Thanks in advance!

It's also missing some sensors and the 360 cameras. The as-builts would need to be changed in order for the not factory-installed items to be recognized. I've looked into putting the cameras on my GT-PE and found it's cost-prohibitive, even with used parts. Since my car is a victim of the 5 second limit, I will likely turn it in at the end of my Options contract for a '25 or '26 in order to get the cameras and get rid of the 5 second limit. Then I get to re-mod the car. ??
