Didn't the first couple of months had it? I think my previous Job 1 22 had the hardware but I never activated it. The Job 2s had a discount on the window sticker.

I have a Jan build. Have the hardware but it was not activated.

My car has always been glitchy, and I expected that when I bought it, still being a new model with new tech. I think a lot of things have been fixed with ota updates, and a few things have gone squirrelly from same. Also there are many settings, some get changed with updates. I think your car may just be having its own set of glitches, so normal in that respect. i Would expect it to get better over time, but the car does have A decent sized learning curve. i Absolutely love driving this car, 12k miles later, so I deal with the glitches as they come. My Toyotas had almost no issues, but this car is a blast! Good luck with yours.

I had a 22' built in September 2022 and was able to activate kick to open with Forscan.

When I ran into a problem with another car I bought used, I started documenting using the Vin # and Web searching.. I realized that in order to make a compelling case I needed to organize my complaints in an easy to read and comprehensive manner. The raw data was not in itself compelling, but when it was fairly, accurately and charted by date the case was clear.
