$8.50 on Amazon, and can confirm it made a good bit of difference

With regard to the wind noise, it looks like some are trying to solve it with weather striping. I would think a better solution would be a caulking like silicone. This would give you an even transition from the windshield to the roof. This would prevent any water from getting in the trough between the windshield and the roof. Thought?

I would just perform the most recent recall and probably the problem is fixed.
