OP did. He thought that if we "show enough owners are in a lather," maybe Ford would change something with OTA updates. He implied I should be, too.
Ah. Not sure I agree with that sentiment.

However, for people with my exact issue (no OTA since last August), it seems like we do need to complain about louder to get any attention.

But if you haven’t had issues, I don’t see how you complaining will help.

try holding the volume down and seek right button for about 7 seconds instead of restarting the whole car.
Thanks for the tip, doing this will the SYNC try to reconnect via Bluetooth to recognize my iPhone or is this just a short cut for me to begin the process of reconnecting? Since I’ve owed my 21’ Mach-e the Bluetooth has connected my iPhone maybe 4 times, other than that I have to plug it in but not a totally reliable method.
