Does anyone else find Fordpass pretty useless?

I came from a car (Honda Clarity) where the provided app worked for the things I needed about 40% of the time. I find Ford Pass a breath of fresh air in comparison. My primary use case is remote start and it has worked all but once in the almost a year I've had it. If I was coming from the Tesla app, I might feel differently, but I'm happy with it.

It is my contention that Fordpass was written by software programmers that work and is intended for people that work.
I am retired, no two weeks or days are the same.
It means I don't have a schedule so many of the Fordpass facilities are awkward and cumbersome to use.
In fact the only schedule I want is preferred charge time and that doesn't work at the moment.

Are other retired owners as displeased with Fordpass as me?

I'm retired and I do find Fordpass useful. I don't use the schedule,. I use the trunk and tailgate buttons, auto-start, charge status, charge level level, door locks, etc.

I'd like an option setting for the buttons to respond to a simple tap, then give a "are you sure?" confirmation instead of the press and hold (which can be difficult for me due to hand tremors). Of course, keep the default as is, but give me an option to change the behavior.

Could it be better? Definitely!
Do I use it? Every Day!

Beats the hell out of the Nissan Leaf app.
