So a crazy idea for rear wheel drive Mach-Es only! Is there a donut style spare tire that would fit on a Mach-E. For rear wheel driver cars, if you get a flat and its in the front - you just install the donut and limp to a tire shop.

If the flat is in the back, well, you'd have to have two jacks, remove the rear wheel, move the front wheel to the rear, then put the donut on the front.

A donut spare is just so much smaller - maybe it would even fit in the frunk!

Is there a donut that would fit?

Well, its the front - maybe not so high as the back?

I remember reading that the weight distribution on the Mach-E is 50/50. I don’t know if that was RWD or AWD.

So any data on the run flats and how far they will go? I assume you would get a low air pressure warning but it would retain integrity for a set number of miles.

I found this company makes one for the Mach E:
https://modernspare.com/product/2020-2024-ford-mach-e-spare-tire-kit-options/

It's a little pricy, but it seems like a good option.

Sorry, I'm confused about this two-jack scenario and why you'd need to move the front wheel to begin with. But given that, wouldn't you just use the one jack to put the donut on the front, move the jack to the rear and put the front tire on the rear?
