Door Plastic Cover Where the Circular Button CRACK!

These four images are from each of my 2022 Mach E GT door.
I took it to bobwondriesford.com today and what they told me made me so angry.
They took a look and they call corporate or something. The said corporate told them to compare with other Mach E and if others has the same defect (this is my word), then this is design feature. It is not a design fraud that resulted in the plastic cracking.

I want to you guys to tell me by looking at the crack line on each of the image and tell me that is a 'design feature' and NOT a crack. Better yet, you guys should look at your Mach E door and see if similar cracks exist. At the dealer, there were able to find similar cracks and call it a feature.

I AM SPEECHLESS!!!!!!!!!!

FORD ... WHAT ARE DRINKING that led to you tell me this is a design feature and refused to replace it?????????

I will have to check my 22 GT when I get home in two weeks. My question right now is why do your buttons look so scratched-up? I do not recall mine looking like that.

I am not sure too. All we do is point and press. Maybe my wife has long nail?

I think you just need to take your car to a better dealer, if you look at the thread referenced above, plenty of other dealers are replacing the panel under warranty no questions asked.

I wish car makers would stop the use of glossy piano black plastic. Looks good in the showroom after the protection is peeled off, then one wash and that's it.
