Any correlation between cars with cracks and the frequency of automatic car washes with those large spinning brushes?

No. I've never used those. Plus, I also see this on brand new vehicles on the lot.

Hi I recently noticed this on my 22 Mach E, Showed it to the local Ford dealer, they say "it's just normal" and I have to just ignore and live with it.

Now that I know it's there, I can not NOT look. My biggest fear is, if it will develop over the time and be a pain after the warranty period(5 months left)

Any more comments/suggestions ?

More or less a piano black vinyl wrap for the B and C pillars. It might cover the micro cracks.

Since new, I have always hand washed. Dealer could have used their auto washer though.

Definitely could happen. What I'm saying is I've had mine replaced multiple times and they reappear after some time on the new ones, too, without scrubbing washers.
