Well Ford is apparently hiring folks from Tesla, Rivian and Apple. Perhaps they also hired from Boeing too?

Schedule it with the dealer, the panel it's self might be the issue. Alignment of the door lock button, or possible pinched cable.
Open and close the door a few times without walking away, even other doors. If it's the button/panel it might be getting triggered by another doors vibration to the body.

Recently been seeing the passenger door ajar at random when returning to unlocked vehicle, with the actuator remaining fully extended. Sometimes the door is unresponsive to the button when all other doors open normally. Button lights up, but nothing else happens when it’s pushed. Anyone have any experience with this? Getting ready to go to the dealer (sigh), but would like as much background as I can get. Thanks. Ben

I just got a used 2024 Ford Mach E and this has happened to me twice. I have been using the auto-lock feature. Any thoughts? Bring it back to the dealer? I just got the car.
