Try recalibrating the window’s min/max. There’s a chapter in the manual on it. I had to do it for all of mine when I first got the car.

My car does the exact same thing, pisses me off... First few times I thought I was just stupid and pushed it wrong. I have to roll down my window every day and have stopped using the auto option.

I'd also hate to say it, but my 2017 Ford F150 did the same thing every now and then. I don't think its going to be something they can fix, #FordBuilt

Window down - hold for five seconds THEN Window up - hold for five seconds.
This will reset the min max - at least it does on mine.
This is not Ford specific; I’ve had to do this on Toyotas and Mazdas with auto up/down windows as well.

We shall see, spend 50K on a vehicle, can't get a window to work. There is a setting you can turn off in the operators manual about it detecting an object so it doesn't crush a hand but I shouldn't have to turn that off to stop it

Update: got the car back from the dealer, they failed to even address the concern. Not a happy customer. I'll keep this updated

I assume you asked them to do so? Did they say why they did not resolve the issue?

I had the auto up fail a couple times over the past six months, it's always corrected itself next time I startup.
