There IS such a thing? I can’t even find an appropriate and inoffensive emoji to express my reaction! I’m fairly sure my mother didn’t have “lactation consultants” and the only thing she was refrigerating was a pitcher of martinis (which never lasted long in our home).

There is such a thing, and sadly it is very necessary. Women don’t always get the best guidance and instruction on breastfeeding in the hospital after delivering the baby. All sorts of reasons why it can be difficult for mom and baby.

Whatever you do, don’t seal the dry ice in anything that doesn’t let the gasses escape. That’s called a bomb, and that will void your warranty.

Mmmmmmm, reminds me of a number of 4th of July parties I attended. We did a lot of “research” figuring out the optimal ratio of dry ice to water for a 2-liter bottle so that we had enough time to get the cap on and get to a safe distance. Ah, good times…

Yeah. I said this service is a life saver and I'm speaking from experience. I don't know how my wife and I (and the baby) would have made it the first few days without them. I mean, we would have made it, but it would have been awful.

Learn something new every day. I don’t know this for a fact, but I’m pretty sure I was a bottle baby. I can’t picture my mother taking time from the important things in her life (bridge, shopping, hanging out with “the gals”) to affix a screaming infant to her chest. Frankly, I’m lucky I didn’t end up at some repressive Swiss boarding school

I work for a major health system (far away from the sick people - ewwww) and there are dedicated lactation rooms in all our new hospitals and buildings.
