Early Access…or not

I was accepted into Early Access early last year. Then at some point I got waitlisted again. I think this has happened to others. I tried to straighten it out with Ford, but it was impossible. Recently I have been receiving EA emails as though I were in the program, but the EA site still says waitlisted. Today’s email says “We are reaching out as you have recently received a software update titled 24-PU0121-FTDI-FX”. I do not believe I ever got that update. Like many, I did not get any updates for 4 months this spring. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

I'm in EA. Haven't gotten an update in a while. Did not get the email you referenced.

I was in EA, got bounced out, and have been on waitlist for a lot of months just like you. And I got that email, just like you. I don't have the update in question. I bet they just misfired the email and hit the waitlist as well as the actual EA members, with our two data points.

I am in the same boat. I was in then later was waitlisted but I still get the emails as though I am in.

I know old thread but with BC 1.3 rolling out for a few weeks now for 2021's and mine not getting it yet I am reminded about the waitlist issue. I just received an email title Early access member about update history (which mine has not updated since May)
