Easy entry/exit function stopped working

This is the function that slides the seat back when turning off the car and to ease your exit of the vehicle and slides it forward when you start the car.
It used to work no problem but suddenly stopped. Tried switching the function off and on. Any other ideas?
Anyone else have this problem?

I've installed all the updates I've been given (not many) but don't recall if it ceased working with the latest update. I still don't have a bunch of features y'all do (blues cruise / alexa / frunk button) so not sure why my car is the poor stepchild. I took delivery in June 2021.

Yes.

My 2021 moved all the way back. 2022 does not. I confirmed that 2022s move 2 inches. And an update MAY change existing models.

Good idea but also did that. Whenever I change a setting I 'Save' it with the preset buttons. It likes to reactivate braking coach so I've done that a few times

There is a Driver Seat Module update available, not sure if your car has one, that is supposed to fix the glitchy seat. There is NO bulletin for it, so you'd have to just go to your dealer and tell them about it and hope they do the update, which they should since you have an issue you can easily replicate.
