Hello fellow Mach e's,
I'm a newby with a Mach- e and trying to set the Easy Entry/Exit feature. The feature worked one after enabling it via the consul, but as soon as I added the seat memory, the seat won't go into Easy mode.
Any advise on this pretty neat feature would make my getting in and out of the car much easier...?

Are you saying it won’t go back anymore, or won’t come back to the set position?

There is a bug where it won’t come back from time to time. But mine goes back 100% of the time.

Hi Ali, when I first got the car 2 weeks ago, I was keen to personalize the memry seat setting, key fob, etc even I came upon the Easy Entry / Exit option which I activated and sure enough, the seat Lowered and went back.
When I next turned on the ignition the seat returned to its original setting, thereafter, it just moved 1/2 inch and then stopped working altogether.
I check the feature in the consul and it had turned itself off, so I turned it back on, but jothing happens.
Is it a feature That you can reboot..?

It sounds like you should show it to your dealer. In the meantime you can try rebooting sync if you haven’t already done that. Hold volume down and next track at the same time for 10 seconds.

I love the easy entry feature, I just wish it would come back to the driving position more often after I start the car.

After turning the easy entry back on, did you press and hold the seat memory button on the door panel to save your change to the driver profile?

thanks for your reply,
Yes I saved the changes, but it still didn't work, I've tried everything and it won't go back or forward unless I do it manually..!
