No. Been patiently waiting. I wasn't aware a dealer could/would install it free of charge. I'll have to try that. Thanks for letting me know.
Now I remember a little more about the situation and maybe there is a slight difference. My BlueCruise was not working for several months. I got an update that was supposed to restore BlueCruise and that update failed.

To be more specific:
  • 12-2023 received OTA 6.13, BC 1.0 broken
  • 03-2024 received OTA 24-PU0105-CMR-FX, update failed
  • 04-2024 had Technical Service Bulletin 24-2087 applied at dealer, BC 1.0 restored
  • 07-2024 received OTA IPMA-24.204.8.27, BC 1.3 installed
I would check https://www.ford.com/support/recalls/ and https://www.ford.com/support/service-information/ for anything that may be relevant. I've had trouble with getting things to display on the second site; sometimes a different browser or clearing history will work. Maybe even try a mobile device.

Any one with this update stuck in Not Completed?

It seems that the update did not go through in my car but I can’t retry updating it.
Mine is 'Not Completed' as well. I have a 2024 Premium.

I purchased it in early September and this was the 2nd update since receiving it

I know this thread is a month old or so, but mine has also been stuck at "not completed" since early October. Since then, it also seems like all of the charging session info and charging history in the FordPass app is screwed up and I've lost the ability to change charge times/limits, departure times, and use the "charge now" feature in the app as well. Not sure if they are related or not. A couple screenshots included below.

Did anyone that had the update fail eventually get it to go through?

I ended up using FDRS myself to get my car completely updated. I realize this isn't for everyone but I am tech savvy and could spend the $$ to buy the adapter, high amp power supply, and FDRS license to make it happen, so that's what I did.

Thanks, I was wondering If it was just broke or if it could be done with an Fdrs setup. I’m going to try and have a Csp done at a dealership this week and see if they will do that as well.
