Energy stats stopped working

Had MME for 3 mos now and most all has worked very well but I will mention to see if anyone else has had this problem or maybe has a fix. 1. When I leave my yorkie in a cage in car when I go into store for less than 10 minutes and have turned the car off and chosen to turn off the motion alarm, the alarm still goes off in a couple of minutes. If I leave car on it does not go off obviously. So turning off the motion sensors does no good when you turn car off and leave a pet in car that makes motion. 2. On my driving regarding where the energy has gone, it has stopped showing anything, just a long blue bar that represents ext temp which it has be in the 70’s, all the other perimeters shows 0. Any help will be appreciated.

Have you rebooted Sync yet?

i’d give that a shot.

Hold right track and volume down on the steering wheel for about 10 seconds - The center screen will go dark and reboot Sync.

No you don't

Did the reset and energy guage is totally inop. It just shows solid blue and 100% for all perimeters.
