Extended Warranty?

My 2021 Mach-E just passed the 3-year mark, so the bumper-to- bumper warranty has expired. Has anyone found any extended warranty plans that are specific for EVs, or even better, for Mach-E's?

Ford has an EV specific extended warranty but I'm not sure you can get it after your main warranty expired. Online Floodford has a tool to estimate costs of the plan and they're one of the bests to get it from.

FYI, the battery and EV components are covered for 8 years and 100k miles.

Get on this soon! There's a limited window of time after the 3 year exipres.

Note that you CAN'T get an extended warranty if you have a CPO warranty. By the time the CPO warranty expires, your car isn't eligible for an extended warranty.

After considerable research and thought I have concluded that for me, an extended warranty is needed. I plan to keep my 2021 Job 1 for at least 7 more years and the likely hood that something will go wrong inthat time is high. These are a new breed with a lot of modules, electronics, etc which if they fail will be expensive to repair or replace. I just purchased the 10 year 100000 mile option from Granger Ford. My MME factory waranty ends next month.
