[Not sure if this duplicates someone else's prior post; if so, I couldn't find when I searched]
I miss having hard buttons for certain functions, particularly the fan speed, seat heater, and steering wheel heater. Here's a workaround that is cheap and functional for me. I post in case it may be useful to others.
This is a small felt pad I buy on multiple pad sheets and use to keep cabinet doors from banging when closed. Dirt cheap at any hardware store:
I put one the pads on the under edge of the screen out of sight below each of the three the controls I targeted. When I need to change the setting of one of those controls, I can blindly place my index finger on the appropriate pad to position my hand , then operate the control with my thumb, without looking, relying on the sound of the control as I manipulate it to confirm I have changed its setting. Kind of goofy, but cheap, fast, and works for me. Hope it may be useful to others. I have gotten a lot from this forum, hope this tiny tidbit gives something back.
