So everything had been going very well with my car and I took it in for the 10,000 mile tire rotation and inspection. Since that time a couple strange little glitches appear to be happening that I can’t seem to figure out. For one my blue cruise is no longer engaging on the same highway that it normally prompts and engages every single day. It only engages the adaptive cruise control. I have toggled all the settings and can’t get seem to get it to turn on anymore.

Additionally, when I first entered the car after service the ford navigation was randomly engaged and providing direction. It has been a week and this has happened two more times. Any advice how to handle this, before I take back to dealership? I considered a factory reset but wasn’t sure if that would affect my current software or update status? Also thought about just waiting it out for next software update.

Factory reset won't accomplish anything. Sync reset, volume down and right seek buttons, may, and hurts nothing to try.

I believe there is a setting called predictive destination (or location) on the nav. It can be toggled on and off, and occasionally that setting will get changed from a software update.

The BC issue. Make sure lane keep is enabled with the steering wheel button.

For the auto navigation. Open Navigation. Go to setting. User data or whatever it’s called.
Uncheck the predictive nav, and maybe even clear the use data.

I did a factory reset and it was very helpful.
I was having problems with the profiles, Alexa, some bugs with the audio system, and...
All of that it's resolved now.
Very happy I did it!

That's the setting that you can toggle off, turn the car off and then on, and it will be immediately toggled back on :(.
