I recently got an update to the OS and have had 2 failed charges and one failure on the departure prewarmup. Both are set correctly in the car. I need to charge daily and have it set for 12AM-6AM (offpeak). When it doesn't charge, I can't make it back from work without charging. I recently installed a Grisl-e outdoor charger. The car in the app sees it is plugged in the whole time, it just doesn't do it. No error or anything on either issue. Anyone else having a similar issue? I found a thread from months ago, but did not see a solution. I recently reset the app up on a pixel 6 as well, but I believe the charge times are primitively dictated by the car settings?

New bug that popped up a while back. There’s no fix that I know of. Refreshing the ford app and waking up the car with a door command seems to kickstart the preconditioning when it fails to start. Might work with charging as well.

If you've just been trying it, Ford's servers are having issues and lots of things are wonky. If you made the changes on the app try the Sync 4A screen instead. Or wait a couple of days.

I assume you mean 12AM - 6AM?

Yes, Ford's servers are having issues. In the interim, a fix is as follows:

AT 12AM, plug in the car, with the car set to charge immediately (don't use the app).
At 5:45AM, hit START on the app and see if remote start works. If not, go out and start the car and come back in for more coffee.

Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this Mach-E concern on my end.

Apparently ford isn’t aware of this issue and says it’s not a bug. So I suggest anyone having this issue to send ford a PM and complain about it. It’s definitely a software bug.
