Mine is already 275. I expect it to be north of 300 considering my driving style is pretty conservative.

Nice! It definitely takes some driving to get the GOM to change more dependent upon your driving style.

With my most recent charge session on my MACH-E 4X I was seeing 501km (311 miles) @ 97% state of charge. Although I did not charge to 100%, if I did I suspect it would be around 515km or (320 miles).

Lately I've been seeing a little over 100km (63 miles) for every 20% of battery charge basically.

Of course your not actually "gaining range" when you see this number increase, because your battery capacity is not getting any bigger than it was before, just like an ICE vehicle gas tank does not suddenly get any bigger. What's happening is that you're learning to drive more efficiently with less "jack rabbit starts" and smoother acceleration, thus your vehicles efficiency stats and overall project range is increasing to reflect that driving style.

Basically the default parameters of the GOM start with an incredibly pessimistic and low efficiency variable when the vehicle is new, which translates to a lower calculated range if the user were to continue driving it that way. Which is likely just Ford's way of ensuring the range displayed always reflects a fairly realistic and achievable range, which in reality most people far exceed anyway, and it will eventually learn to reflect that real world driving style.
