Ordered: Premium, Infinite Blue, AWD, Extended

Do you still want a " Premium, Infinite Blue, AWD, Extended "? I see that's what you ordered.
Are you trying to get yours a little faster?
Of course I'd like it sooner :) But I finally got a production date in March, so that's at least positive. I am looking at local dealers, and found a couple that match my desired parameters, but none are "dealer ordered", so likely are pre-orders.

That stinks. :( What about the other 13 or so?
Did you sign a contract with your dealer when you ordered? A legal purchase contract?

I read and accepted the terms presented at ford.com and I am also retaining several emails with questions and dealership responses.

No legal purchase contracts signed yet. I haven't purchased anything, and haven't fully committed to doing so, either.

The Ford agreement states refundable deposit. If you haven't sign a contract for purchase You are entitled to your deposit back by law.

Your first sentence is not true.
Mine does, until I converted to an Order was 100% refundable and I got the refund 2 times as we changed our model.

Your original question asked about my order and a dealer contract.

Yes, my reservation was refundable.

My order is refundable because I confirmed this in writing with my dealer. Otherwise, it may not have been refundable.

I'm not sure what it is we're discussing in this thread about First Editions, and why?

The OP wanted to know about their FE cancel options!

Oh, I see. It's hard for me to follow the thread sometimes.

Anyway, one's options depend on one's situation. My situation involved me getting certain questions answered via email from the dealer. And I'm not in Washington state, and I'm unfamiliar with different state rules for "contracts" and refundability.
