Ford Connected Charge Station issue

Are the DIP switches properly configured? They are incorrectly labeled on the circuit board of the charger. Have you cycled power to the charger? Turn the breaker off and on. I assume home is set up as a charging location as well. Try settings as shown below rather than charge when plugged in as a test. Also, there are some issues with FP. Check your charge settings in the car on the screen.

From the main screen, touch Account in the upper right corner. Then scroll down and look for this option:

It's only there if you've linked a Connected Charge Station to your FordPass account.
