FORD EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM email

If anyone from Ford can advise please. I received an email to join the "FORD EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM" . When I click the link to "express interest", as soon as I go through the sign-in process it results in "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request". I have tried access from multiple devices with the same result. I would like to participate. Thanks in advance, loving my 2025 Mach-E.

It's frustrating, because I owned a 2021 Mach-E that I ordered in 2020 -- I'm actually an early adopter. And I've been on the list for Early Access consideration for as long as it's been around, but I've never been granted access. Guess I'll try again.

I think its pretty much done for 2021s, I havent had anything in a few years. The first few years I had the more accurate GOM, I had Public Charging and activation in Beta....Now, crickets.

Probably. I wonder if anyone with a newer model has actually gotten access to anything out of it recently? I own a 2023 now, though it's probably in the same boat.

I just signed up today. Like many other members of this forum, I was receiving the error notated, but I tried a different browser and also went back and refreshed a couple pages and voila, it started working!

Appreciate the update and I am glad it worked for you. Still no change for me, I have tried 3 different computers and three different browsers, I still get the 400 error since last week.

My preferred browser on my Macintosh is Safari. That wasn't working in conjunction with the other security stuff I have installed, so I tried Google Chrome. That seemed to get the trick done, albeit not on the first attempt. When I got the 400 error, I hit the page back button then hit refresh and tried to enroll again and that time it worked. I'm not sure if it was a pop-up blocker problem or something like that.

Thanks. Ive been trying since Saturday. That trick isn't working for me yet but I'll keep at it.

Honestly guys, the program was pretty much useless - I’ve been enrolled for years and I think I got one or two beta releases that were pretty irrelevant - and I wouldn’t expect much more for the Mach E.

Fair enough. I've been waitlisted since my first mach-e in 2021, so I'll go back to waiting for my chance at the meager beta features

The first 2 years were awesome, my car got almost 50 updates, the EA team would send constant surveys and even follow up individually on items, they would troubleshoot and push things directly to my car while we discussed over email. The 2 big betas were awesome, we still have the most accurate GOM of any EV in my opinion and public charging is a game changer, car is 4 years old and I have ZERO charging apps, or accounts, I let Ford handle.

But yes after the above it really dropped off and now has gone quiet for my 2021. That said the car is in a great place and really dont need much more software wise.
