I deleted all ford cookies but still have the issue. Even went into incognito mode and got the 400.

Anyone else able to make it work?
Try using a browser like Brave if you’re on a pc desktop. Ive had good luck with it on extremely recalcitrant websites (Fedex).

There could be quick code changes to shut that down.
Quick code changes by Ford? The Ford in Dearborn? That Ford? ;)
don’t even think we’re going to see many more updates in general anymore aside from the occasional bug fix or recall
I generally agree although i would be terribly surprised to see a couple of pop up in the future for our cars. For the most part, though, I'm quite content with the current UI on my 21.

If I use an incognito window in chrome it does let me login without the 400 error.

i have tried so many different things. incognito, cleared cache & cookies, new laptop, mobile devices... nothing working.

i get a long query-string after the login and using "inspect" see 400 error.

I kept hitting refresh and then received an email which said "Welcome to the Ford Early Access Program." Even though I never got a confirmation message in the browser

In that email I clicked the button "Finalize My Enrollment" and again got a 400 Error.
Oof, sorry about that. Can you send me a DM with your VIN and the email you used to enroll in the program? I'll get this over to the team with the Early Access Program to have them further investigate.

Used the Google app on my iPhone and pasted the URL there. It worked the first time.

FYI they are the most interested in getting newer Mach-E’s to sign up (2024 and later). I think they have enough members of the older model years. The newer your car, the better the chances. The goal is to have a population of each model year.

If you'd like to enroll, you can head directly to www.earlyaccess.ford.com and click on "Express Interest." You must use your Ford App account details to sign in.

If you still run into any trouble, the ghost of that gremlin might be hanging around in your browser cache. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that usually fix it:
  • Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Incognito/Private Mode: Try accessing the portal in an incognito or private browsing session.
  • Reload Browser: Close and reload your browser, then try signing in again.
  • Alternative Browser: Attempt to sign in using a different web browser (Chrome, Edge, and Safari are recommended).
If you're still stuck after that, here’s a more thorough approach:
  1. Thorough Cache and Cookie Clear: Completely clear your browser's cache and cookies again to ensure all old data is gone.
  2. Restart Device: Restart your computer or device.
  3. Re-access in Incognito/Private Mode: Once your device has restarted, open your browser and immediately try accessing the portal in a private/incognito window before doing anything else.

I believe that is an accurate statement. However, many of us are thinking the older vehicles are essentially "done" receiving updates--see the requirements for obtaining the newest version of Blue Cruise -- unless there is a safety recall issue.
