Ford NACS Adapter has shipped [and NOW ARRIVING]!

I put in on the evening of 3/1 EDT and was awarded number 28,797 with an expected ETA of August 2024. I have this feeling that I won't see mine in August and possibly never. I think Ford really wants to get these puppies out for their own benefit but the snafu will come from Elon and the justification will be unbelievable. I'd tell you how I know but I was sworn to secrecy.

@The_machinist was one of the first batch that was shipped out of order. That’s supposed to be rectified at this point. The highest number that I’ve seen in this second batch is 3242. I’m 6984 and was pushed to June.

Yeah, they accidentally sent mine out early for some reason. I heard the shipping company they used sent them out of order at first.

I changed my Ford account address about 4 weeks ago when I moved. My adapter just shipped to my old address. I think the system is locked to the address on file when you placed your order.

Hmmm, if I was given the opportunity to give a ship-to address at the time of adapter order, I would have given an appropriate address. I just don’t remember doing it. It was first thing in the morning and I was in a hurry.

I started a new thread today to see if anyone hasn’t received an adapter that should have. So far I haven’t seen any complaints of order numbers less than 3000 being left out, except for those in Canada.

LOL I ordered in the first half hour. Also originally a May estimate delayed to June. It supposedly shipped on Friday and was supposed to be here today. FedEx says it’s in Indianapolis and delivery will be delayed (not Ford’s fault). ?‍?
