Ford Navigation Not Working

Around Christmas I upgraded to a Pixel 6. Before that I used Ford Navigation as my GPS. With the new phone I use Google Maps via Android Auto. Today I couldn't get Android Auto to work (separate issue) figured I'd just use Ford Navigation instead. When I choose it nothing happens - little GPS arrow in the middle and the three dots like it's thinking about it. But the app never comes up. Anyone else have this happen? I'll call the dealer this week, is this even something the service dept can fix??
