Perhaps a hundred people tweeting at or replying with the details of this problem to Farley might get some attention?
I would think every Ford owner is experiencing this right? At least those that have connected vehicles, which is A LOT

Has anyone checked any of ford’s social media presences? I haven’t because I’m lazy and not social media savvy.

Hi Everyone,
I'm a owner of Mustang MACH-e RWD ER , and today I've picked mine from Ford Service , to have the 21P22 - MUSTANG MACH-E - SOFTWARE UPDATE , and I realize that my Ford Pass isn't working , not even the website account log in either...

After this 21P22 update I'm still on 1.14 of FordPower_Up ..., I've now did my MASTER RESET in SYNC, and doesn't show which version do I have installed ...

Mine is at the dealer today getting the sw updates, sure hope this ford pass issue doesn’t delay my pickup this afternoon… originally thought my inability to connect with the car was that it was getting the work done.

Ford’s website and App have been down all day. The version of your sync in some of our cars does not show (your up to date) & others it shows the version. Strange but true. Not a computer person so unsure why. You would think we are all on the same software but maybe not.

What I find interesting is my car hasn't gone to sleep all day since I drove it a few hours ago, it's been connected to my WifI this whole time FordPass has been down, usually it's connected for 15 minutes and then goes to sleep.

Probably best to wait until FordPass isn't having server issues.
The least they could do is provide us an Out of Order sign to hang on our door handle.

My Ford stock went up $2.54 a share today. I can afford to put up with the outage.

My backseat 2¢ as a front-end developer:

This type of problem is actually worse than a system being down. When the systems are unreachable -- returning 500 level error codes or outright network refusal -- the various systems react accordingly. What seems to be happening is a form of soft-failures.

Between the website, apps, and the cars themselves, they're scripted to return when the servers are not reachable. Whatever is happening, systems just wait even longer to process and don't behave as if the systems are down.

Nothing is reporting as broken, even when everything is wrong. At this point, I'm not sure if Ford's Ops team is aware at the scale of the problem.

It is not just Ford but Lincoln as well. My car was delivered to the dealer today and I have been unable to complete the purchase online because the webpage gets stuck in a continuous loop not loading. I have a Lincoln MKC and was unable to remote start that either this afternoon. I would have to believe they are aware of a problem with a scope this large affecting both Ford and Lincoln. It would be nice if someone from Ford posted an update @Ford Motor Company
