Am I missing something, the ford pass from apple that I have downloaded doesn’t show any remote functions

Pretty sure that screenshot is from a north American Mach e. I don’t have that either on my ford pass app. What remote functions are you hoping to have?

If you’re referring to the controls button, what that does his bring up a dialogue for pairing the phone with the car. Phone has a key set up. Note I’m from North America so it might be different for you.

It looks like we don’t have the option of the controls feature here in the uk ?‍ thank you for your response ?

There is an update to FordPass app that allows you to set the climate control temp but need car updating before the app will update I am told in UK but mine on a 2024 model is same as yours

The remote controls, which I believe require you to be in Bluetooth range to work, includes the windows and the trunk and frunk.

Oops, I forgot that once you connected Phone as a key, those settings are what are available. I personally always carry the FOB so after trying that for a bit I disconnected, it and I forgot about this.

I guess for some reason they don't want to support that in the UK version.

We don't get phone as a key in the UK as this would have pushed insurance prices to an unsustainable level plus the insurance companies wouldn't allow the option.

Just looked and yep climate temp and seats settings now appear
