My service records showed that when I took it in for the windshield recall, they also serviced the exhaust. Must have been exhausting doing that.

Mine has all the service dates but lacks any real information on what was done.

Schedule departure times, can we have a once only option. I am retired and I don’t want regular departures that I then need to delete after use. A once only departure that deletes automatically once it has passed seem like a no brainier to me.

No update available in the Netherlands. Version 4.10.0 here, continuously showing false message alerts, not updating history but always sending pop-ups "a journey has been added", does not show all issued recalls, can't book a service in the Netherlands and when trying dealers pop up in Germany, Belgium and France. All in all, would not pay a penny for this near worthless app.

Anyone finding this release really buggy? FordPass was working fine for me until now. Now it wouldn’t remote start today at the end of work. And then when I got home, FordPass is telling me the car is remote started and I can extend it. But I go out to the car and it’s not stared. It’s all a confusing mess right now

edit: yup and now none of my remote features are working. Even after uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. And it’s showing my battery status from this morning instead of the current status. And it doesn’t recognize that it’s on charge. Feeling pretty cranky right now.

Similar thing happen to me just now. Went to charge my car and FordPass would not accurately refresh. It would randomly cycle between "Charing" to "Plugged in not charging" to "Paused". Checked my Wallbox charger and it was working fine. I did get a "FordPass undergoing maintenance" so maybe they're having server issues?

Luckily I’ve had a frunk button since I got the car. The benefits of buying a 2021 in 2022.

Similar thing happen to me just now. Went to charge my car and FordPass would not accurately refresh. It would randomly cycle between "Charing" to "Plugged in not charging" to "Paused". Checked my Wallbox charger and it was working fine. I did get a "FordPass undergoing maintenance" so maybe they're having server issues?

Ah that would make sense. I’m not getting notified that my car is plugged in either. Hopefully it comes back because I’m a worrier and I’m charging on 120 and hoping the car actually takes a charge before work tomorrow.

Now I’m getting stuff about how I’m “seeing the last charging details your vehicle told us before it fell asleep”. Really hoping this is a backend issue on fords part and not my car doing something funky.

Actually think there might be something up with fords servers now, I can do remote lock and unlock and all that, but not getting recent status

Ford Pass is not refreshing current car status as I write this post. Sitting at an Electrify America charging without issue (PnP worked!) but the Ford Pass app doesn't show me charging, and only has "updated 2hrs ago" with repeated pull to refresh. If there's a server outage, please tweet something @Ford Motor Company ...
