I have the following issues now… great quality control Ford *eye roll*

- black screens on iPhone 11.
- scheduled departures are a day off regardless of changing or deleting and re adding.
- scheduled departures activate on the wrong day as well.

good to see the app is less useful now.

I had a PaaK failure on Friday on the way up to WA. I didn’t get to update (or fix my PaaK) until yesterday. After I updated, I signed in with my regular email address to see if the UI was corrected. Yay! It’s fixed! 😎🐩

The update screwed up my cache and did not allow me to delete the non-functioning PaaK that the app thought I had. I deleted it in the car right after I updated. So, I had to delete the FP app and install it again, sign in, etc. once done (signed in with my regular email address), all seems to function properly. I am without a physical key and running on PaaK. The frunk and lift gate buttons work, and there is a Poodle in the MME. 😎🐩

I'm having the same black screen issue on my iPhone 13 Pro. I don't use scheduled departures, so I've not experienced that problem. Also PaaK seems buggier since the update.

My take:
  • BAD -
    • Black screen;
    • Unable to create new trip under "Trip Planner"
  • GOOD -
    • PAAK is now ultra stable;
    • my courtesy lights greets me now; and
    • FordApp is always connected to the car.

I'm also getting the black screen on my iPhone XR. Relaunching the app fixes it but it's annoying.

Also had connection issues on the Ford widget tool from about same time.

Ditto on the black screen on the iPhone 13 pro max. I have not seen any improvements in PaaK. It remains Charlie Sheen unstable.

I wonder how Ford is testing their software. This seems like a regression. Perhaps they should reach out to some folks on this forum and ask for beta testers. There are a ton of software engineers and people are ready, willing and able to help with this.

It’s kinda baffling because this is the app every Ford vehicle uses. So it’s not just MME. Should really be a bigger priority.

Black screens for me too. I have to stop app and restart then it comes back, how annoying!

Same black screens on iPhone 12.

happens every day. Clearly this was not tested at all before release.

Black screen since upgrade but PAAK still works great with black screen.
