FordPass charging log not working

Around December 6th my FordPass app charging log stopped recording entries. Anyone know how to fix this?

Bumping this, as November 24th is my last charge log. That's nearly a month of zero traceable information.

Same for me, december 13 is the last update of charging logs..
Can the charge logs be viewed from within the car ?

It started working again for unknown reasons. It gives good statistics to know.
