After 8 months functioning OK on Thursday 5/19 my FordPass app locked up. No new data was shown including a charging session. Then last night the data progressed to show the middle of my charging which was 10 hours earlier.
I show no updates to take for the app but I don't know what version I am on. I have shut my iPhone 11 down and restarted. I have removed and restarted the app. Apple Carplay works.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
