Just saw this on the FordPass Community site. I've not seen it mentioned anywhere else on this forum and "FordPass outage" didn't show up in a search, so I thought I should post it here.

Maybe this is "Europe only" thing, I did receive a FordPass notification on Thursday regarding this outage. Didn't bother me a lot, since the App remained to work for me until now.

Yeah, it seems that the Ford Community site is actually a UK site, even though there's no easy way to determine that from the site. Oh well...

My PAAK did not work today. I’m now getting a link in the Ford Pass App to “Set Phone as a Key”

@benk016 mentioned a similar backend outage this weekend in another thread. They must be doing some significant changes this weekend.

This notice was posted today. I think this may be the cutover to the new release of the updates, and hopefully will mean the OTA will start shortly after.

Between 8 a.m. Eastern on April 30th to 8 p.m. on May 1st, FSA 22S14 and 21G01 may fail due to planned system updates. If programming is attempted and fails during this time period, please reattempt the programming on May 2nd.

My charge level and remote Unlock/ Start/ Lock in Ford Pass hasn’t worked since the morning of 4/30. Wondering if this is related. Anyone else experiencing problems?

It seems the outage was UK specific. Try restarting your FordPass app.

Best of luck. There was one time when I resorted to deleting my phone from the car and reconnecting everything. I think I even removed the FordPass app. I'm not sure any of that was necessary, but it did resolve the issue.
