Forscan looking for 706 01 02 code from a mache with bc and lane change assist 2023.75 I have bc 1.1 e that has lane repositioning but no lane change assist. My code is 0600 0000 0016. what should it be with lane change enabled? Apim has been modified to enable the soft switch. Edit 0500 0000 0016 does not work as check summ error comes up.

My 2023.0 with BC 1.3 has that value as 0500 0000 0015

It should be 0700 0000 00-- for Euro spec vehicles.

In the IPMA for US based vehicles, this need to be changed, too:

706-38-01

xxx8 xxxx xx--

It has a B there from factory and that needs to be changed to an 8 for lane change assist to work. Not sure if the value will be different over there.

However, there may still be other things in place preventing it from working. You cannot assume that just reconfiguring the IPMA will allow it to work. If the event for lane change are not enabled in the GWM, it won't work. There is no spreadsheet for the GWM to figure out how to enable it there. You guys may possibly be wasting your time trying to get this to work if that is the case, but I don't blame you for trying.

It could be some missing bits in the GWM or incompatible software in the GWM. Unfortunately, there is no spreadsheet showing what the bits in the GWM do for me to try and help you guys figure it out.

I have for 706 01 02 now testwize 0700 0000 0017. But ALC works but the Steeringwheel needs a tiny push to initiate the change of lane.

You can pull as-built data from a vehicle with a VIN - I've pulled it from models using a VIN from a dealer website. Super handy for this kind of thing.

Interesting. Then maybe you need to compare the ab data on the SCCM of a US vehicle to yours to see what differs.

Correct.....could be another year. I don't think much changed between 21-23.

I believe there were drastical changes in 2023 for the last 23 Model aka 2023.75 which hat already some changes in the tubing and other. I beleave the it is a pre 24 which had already changes that were for the modell 24. The 2023.75 were already equipped with bc on production. 23s before .75 were not. Any detailed information is highly welcome to put that puzzle together!
