Front Camera Fault Service Required

I get this Front Camera Fault Service Required message on my dash every few days sometimes with Precollision assist failure message sometimes not. I took it to Robins Ford and they said they can't replicate it and they can't find the error code so they can't fix it. I showed them a picture of the messages. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do?

My car has been in for the HVBJB recall and a camera fault. Talked to the dealer today the camera fault is due to the cable, the part is coming in today. It ended up with a message in FordPass to have it serviced. There is a CSP to replace the cable, my dealer said they have had many of these to repair.

The fault was initially intermittent for me, then it became permanent and I even lost adaptive cruise.

I saw the TSB. But it looks like the issue needs to be permanent for them to replace it. The TSB requires a DTC code. Once the error goes away the DTC goes away is what I gather. Oh well at least there is a fix out there.

My car is in the shop right now for this issue (second visit). In my case, I was able to replicate the issue on the (interstate) highway with rough pavement seams/bumps. For this second visit, I had a video of the event, but it sure was frustrating to capture! Hopefully they can get me fixed up this time!

My ‘21 suddenly started doing the same thing two weeks ago. Randomly comes on when the road is a little rough also does it sometimes on smooth road but when driving towards the sun. Then it will clear after 20-30 seconds. Just dropped it off for service to look at today. Did you guys have any luck getting it diagnosed?

After 4 weeks at the dealer for the camera fault and 4 recalls, I got the car back today and BlueCruise is working again, no pre-collision unavailable warnings. They had to replace the cable to the camera and the IPMA module. Glad I had an extended warranty, it covered it except for $100 deductible.
