Front drive ring camera error and blue cruise unavailable after update

Hello

my blue cruise recently stopped working and I got this message as well. I took it to the dealership who said the last updated caused this issue with some Vehicles and they state the update won’t come until March to fix this problem. Has anyone encountered this?

Just wanted to make sure the dealership was telling me the truth. Waiting a month for a fix is a little annoying

i had this months ago, quits often mostly on bridges. Dealer blamed dirt.

OP's error is about the interior, driver facing camera. Your issue is probably about the front facing camera. The fix for that is to replace the coax cable for the camera

Some updates will cause this issue temporarily. Like updating any computer the software may be a bit buggy for a few start cycles. I had this for about 3-4 days after 6.6 OTA. On the other hand, if it’s long term, you may need a new coax cable as mentioned above, or you may need a new driver facing camera all together, as my wife did this last Summer. That requires a dealer visit and the tech to run pinpoint continuity tests on the wiring and modules.

A recent powerup update (6.13) has been responsible for these errors:

To see if the dealer is telling the truth or not, you should check your Fordpass and/or car to see what were the last updates you got. If you never got 6.13 then this would be caused by something else.
