I brand new to Ford and brand new to EV. I purchased a 23 March E Premium and love it. I am deeply disappointed with Ford and their For Pass app. I have not been able to get it to work. I keep getting “Ford all not responding. I have spoken to their tech department and was told to log out log in. No fix. The to uninstall and install. Still no fix. After 20 or so minutes I was told it’s a known issue with no resolution date.
Any thoughts?
