Getting 12v low warning

Hi,

I am getting sometimes to see the dealer as 12V battery is low... any idea what to do?

I thought that was supposed to charge when your car charges the HV battery. If you are driving your car regularly and charging it then it should not give you that warning.

It also charges the 12V while you're driving.

@saurez7777 bring it in and have them check it.

If you’re getting it multiple times you probably have some kind of drain and may want to take it in.

seriously, I have seen this several times but have not had any issues starting the car.
